• IBM MQ .NET libraries could generate a failure data capture
  (FDC) record with the following probe when using automatic
  client reconnect to recover from a connection problem;

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  Users using managed .NET client applications with multiplexing
  (SHARECNV > 0) and the automatic client reconnect feature may be
  affected.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A logic error was present in the managed .NET automatic client
  reconnect client that could cause a data structure to be
  modified while the client was iterating over it, causing an
  exception to be generated when reopening queues, topics and
  subscriptions.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM MQ managed .NET client reconnection logic has been
  updated to correct this error.
