This SupportPac provides the C source code for customers who wish to extend CSQCTASK.
Download Description
In order to trigger CICS transactions the CICS trigger monitor transaction - CKTI - is required to monitor the initiation queue. By default CKTI uses the simple trigger monitor program CSQCTASK. This SupportPac provides the C source code for program CSQ4CTRM which is similar to the module CSQCTASK that is available with WebSphere MQ. CSQ4CTRM is a CICS trigger monitor which can be used in a CICS environment to start a transaction when the trigger conditions on any of its associated queues are met. Once built and defined as a CICS resource, CSQ4CTRM can be run in the same way as CSQCTASK from CKTI.
POSSIBLE USES
CSQ4CTRM can be used as a base to replace CSQCTASK.
