This paper will discuss possible reasons to migrate LANDP, types of migration, details of the process, and facilities within LANDP to aid migration. It will also discuss some specific scenarios in more detail. It does not require detailed knowledge of LANDP operations but assumes a basic familiarity of the process of configuring LANDP workgroups, known as customization.
