Error description

  • The problem happens when using Designer with option View>Job log
    checked. The shortcut Ctrl+Enter in Designer open log window.
    When this option is checked, it captures this shortcut and
    other programs can not use this shortcut. This happens on IBM
    IIS 8.5 FP1.

Problem summary

    Problem Description:
      After viewing job log from the Designer, Ctrl+Enter no longer
    works in other applications that use this hot key.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Removed the Ctrl+Enter hot key from the Designer client.
