Install this package to update the IBM Distributed Computing Environment 2.2 for Windows to the ECO8 revision. This revision also contains fixes that were included in earlier fix packages.
In addition to previously supported Windows platforms/editions, you can use this revision on select editions of Microsoft Windows Vista platform. Refer to the README for details on supported platforms/editions and other instructions.
You must install this package if you want to run the IBM Distributed Computing Environment 2.2 product on Microsoft Windows Vista. For all other platforms/editions of Microsoft Windows, you are recommended to install this update package.
