Error description

• RMF PM JAVA Technology Edition and RMF Spreadsheet
  Reporter are affected by the change in DST because
  of their dependencies on time-related functions of
  the contained Java runtime environment (JRE).
  Without an DST compatible JRE, RMF PM might display
  incorrect timestamps in the PerfDesks (shifted by
  one hour). The RMF Spreadsheet Reporter might display
  an incorrect creation date for the working sets. In
  addition, an incorrect DATE option could be generated
  when submitting RMF Postprocessor jobs.

  The Energy Policy Act of 2005 extends Daylight Saving Time
  (DST) by four weeks, beginning in 2007 in the United States.
  Starting in March 2007, DST will begin on the second Sunday
  in March and end on the first Sunday in November. In addition
  to the U.S., Canada and Bermuda have decided to change their
  DST dates in 2007 to follow the same time zone rules.
  This APAR provides updated versions of RMF PM and RMF
  Spreadsheet Reporter containing a DST compatible Java runtime
  environment (JRE).

Problem conclusion

• With this APAR, the version of RMF PM is changed
  to 2.4.44. The version of the Spreadsheet Reporter
  is changed to 5.2.3.
