  *                 NOT using the TZ environment variable for    *
  *                 their DCE applications and/or DCE commands   *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR was created in anticipation   *
  *                      of the 2007 rule changes to Daylight    *
  *                      Saving Time, which for the US and       *
  *                      Canada will be from the second Sunday   *
  *                      in March through the first Sunday in    *
  *                      November.  In order to avoid any DCE    *
  *                      time related problems, installation     *
  *                      of this service should be completed     *
  *                      before Daylight Saving Time occurs      *
  *                      on 3/11/2007.                           *

  Daylight Saving Time changes have not been kept up to date
  in z/OS DCE except for the US and Canada, so only these two
  countries are being updated with the 2007 rule changes.
