Abstract
A company's SNA Modernization project involved replacing legacy 3745/3746 Communication Controllers with Linux on System z solutions. The attached white papers provide migration examples for Communication Controller for Linux on System z (CCL) and Communications Server for Linux on System z.

In the course of migrating from legacy 3745 Communication Controllers connected to external customers, CCL provides a solution that is transparent to the end users and also provides cost savings. The CCL_SNAMod_Whitepaper includes plans and considerations for a successful migration.
