Reinit command is no longer supported in 5.1

The fixpack 1 installer will remove the tool from the" $TIO_HOME/tools" directory so it will no longer be possible to run the command. There is a similar tool called reinit-exec.cmd/sh which is used exclusively by the installer and should not be run by the user. Running this command will result in a corrupted system where the distribution infrastructure will not be configured properly resulting in an unusable server.

It is recommended that after installing the product a database backup is taken and stored in a safe location. Restoring this database backup will restore the product to GA level and will essentially accomplish what the old reinit.cmd/sh did. Instructions on how to do so are detailed in the Installation Guides for the product. It is also mandatory to backup your database prior to applying a fixpack, to ensure that you can recover from any errors during fixpack installation. A regular backup process is also a recommended best practice for your production server.
