Tivoli Provisioning Manager for OS Deployment must be installed separately

Abstract
If you are installing Tivoli Provisioning Manager on a Windows computer with a non-English locale, the Tivoli Provisioning Manager for OS Deployment component must be installed following the steps below. Otherwise, the installation might fail.

To resolve the problem:
Start the Tivoli Provisioning Manager installation. Follow the steps in the installer to get to the Select Components page. On that page, clear the check box for the Tivoli Provisioning Manager for OS Deployment component.
After all the other components that were selected are installed successfully, open Windows Registry Editor and find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\IBM Tivoli Provisioning Manager Engines key. Rename this key to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\IBM Tivoli Provisioning Manager.
Start the Tivoli Provisioning Manager installation again. In the Select Components page, select the check box for the Tivoli Provisioning Manager for OS Deployment component.
After the installation finished successfully, follow the steps in the Discovering an OS deployment server topic in the Tivoli Provisioning Manager version 7.1 information center to complete the process.
