All users of IBM® WebSphere® Application Server using web service security

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Web service security cache lookup may fail, problems may include SecurityToken not found or login failure.

RECOMMENDATION:
None

Web service security caches some objects in various cache locations for reuse, and might put cache object in wrong location, which may result in cache lookup failure.
