Partial results errors display during provisioning operation of Notes 8.5.1 or 8.0.2.x install
This document applies only to the following language version(s):
A partial results error flashes briefly on the screen during a provisioning operation of a Notes 8.5.1 or 8.0.2.x install. No error dialog appears and both the provisioning and the install continue to completion successfully. Why does this happen and is there some way to stop this behavior?

The install manifest contains remnants of previously installed Eclipse features which reference source url= attributes pointing to an update site on disk that is no longer present. When provisioning checks this site and cannot find the feature, it throws a partial results error. However, as long as the platform can still be validated, both provisioning and the install will continue.
Resolving the problem
This behavior has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# SBET7XVMXV.
Starting with Notes 8.5.1 Fix Pack 1, partial results errors that may occur during provisioning or install will be logged but only fatal errors will be shown. A solution for the 8.0.2.x code stream is still under investigation.
As a workaround, from a command prompt you can override the list of update sites used to search for features to install. For example:
Doing this will prevent partial results error from appearing due to remnants of prior installs. For more information, see the InfoCenter topic titled " Overriding the list of update sites for provisioning".
