APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
When Navigator for i is used to create a tape device definition,
the user can define up to 4 supported media types for both read
and write operations.  These are stored in table QARLCTDEV in
the instance library.  Archived Storage Management (ASM) expects
the supported media type values to be appended to the asterisk
character in the table.  Navigator for i is incorrectly not
adding the asterisk before the media type value, which causes
the ASM code to behave as if no valid media types have been
defined.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE68963 :
-----------------------------
Navigator for i has been changed to store correct values in the
QARLCTDEV table.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE68963 :
--------------------------------
None.
