APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
The Change Program Data (QBNCHGPD) API alters a program or
service program's internal information incorrectly when a bound
service program library name is changed (key=4).  This can cause
the Display Program References (DSPPGMREF) command to display
wrong information or generate MSGCPF2102.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE68765 :
-----------------------------
The QBNCHGPD API has been modified to alter a bound program or
service program's internal information correctly.  This allows
the DPSPGMREF command to work properly on the changed program or
service program.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE68765 :
--------------------------------
None.

Activation Instructions

None.

Special Instructions

If you have not encountered this problem, nothing needs to be done.
Otherwise, the program or service program that has been incorrectly
altered by the QBNCHGPD API needs to be created again after the PTF
is applied.

Default Instructions

THIS IS A DELAYED PTF TO BE APPLIED AT IPL TIME.
