APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
In certain rare circumstances, removing a directory in the root,
QOpenSys, or user-defined file systems can trigger a number of
errors with the remove operation itself or in other file system
operations. Symptoms include, but are not limited to:

1) MSGCPI93B9 (Software problem detected for QP0FEPFS has been
logged) with symptom string 5770 SP/QP0FEPFS MOD/QP0FVNOT RC130
00010000006E (the last string of digits may vary)
2) VL2B00A4F0

Various other problem entries or LIC log entries may be
generated. Objects might not be fully removed from the system or
might be damaged.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE67175 :
-----------------------------
Under certain error conditions, internal resources were released
inappropriately. The PTF prevents the problem from occurring.
However, some conditions caused by the original problem may
require further recovery steps including using the Reclaim
Storage (RCLSTG) command to correct object damage.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE67175 :
--------------------------------
None.

Activation Instructions

This PTF contains objects that are activated only at IPL time.
Therefore, if this PTF is applied as an immediate PTF, you must
perform an IPL of the system to activate the PTF. Applying the
PTF as an immediate PTF will ensure that the PTF becomes active
even after an abnormal IPL where delayed PTFs are not applied.

If the PTF is applied as a delayed PTF, no further action is
necessary.

THE FOLLOWING ARE SUPERSEDED SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. IF THE SUPERSEDED

will indicate which attribute(s) changed. The following identifiers
will be added in a future release to the QP0LJRNL member in QSYSINC/H.

#define QP0F_ZC_SETUID      'Z'
