APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Inconsistent results from Stub created by wsdl2ws.sh.
Sometimes returns:
AxisSoapException: Soap message content is not valid.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE60678 :
-----------------------------
The web service response contained a datetime value
that was greater than the year 2038.  Because the
web service client engine was using 32-bit C runtime
time APIs, the client engine was getting an error
when deserializing the value.

To get around this problem, the client engine will
use the 64-bit versions of the time APIs. The supported
date and time range for the 64 bit version of the APIs
is 01/01/1970 00:00:00 through 12/31/9999 23:59:59.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE60678 :
--------------------------------
None.

Activation Instructions

None.

Special Instructions

You should end any applications using the service
programs QSYSDIR/QAXIS10C and QSYSDIR/QAXIS10CC.

In general, it is recommended that you regenerate
any integrated Web services client stubs in order
to pick up the latest updates in the stub-generation
tools, wsdl2ws.sh and wsdl2rpg.sh.

Default Instructions

THIS PTF CAN BE APPLIED IMMEDIATE OR DELAYED.
