Error description

When attempting to start an eXtreme Scale server in
stand-alone mode, the server fails to start and the following
error is encountered in SystemOut.log:
JSAS0010E: [<null>] Null reference to Vault.  Security may be
disabled.  Exception: {1}.
JSAS0011E: [org.omg.CORBA.INITIALIZE:   vmcid: 0x0  minor
code: 0  completed: No

The eXtreme Scale server is treated as a server, but it does not
have access to the WebSphere Application Server security
configuration. That prevents the server from starting.

Problem conclusion

A check was added to treat the eXtreme Scale server as a client.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
