    *                      data stored in a different CCSID to the *
    *                      terminal being used.                    *

    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

    Support is delivered to provide ISPF BROWSE capability for data
    stored in a CCSID differing from the terminal CCSID at
    ISPF release levels for z/OS 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6.

  • ISPF BROWSE provides support for an enhanced DISPLAY primary
    command to specify data stored in a CCSID which varies from the
    terminal CCSID. Also the ISPF BROWSE primary command FIND is
    enhanced. Documentation for this new support is delivered
    in SISPSAMP member ISRUCGDE. It can be downloaded
    and viewed with Adobe Acrobat(PDF).
