• CKG669I 24 Internal error in procedure CKGIRD; reason: Phrase
  extension history repeat-group error.
  
  This CKGRACF message can be seen when the RACF DB contains
  zero-length fields in the phrase extension history repeat group
  entry for a user.

  When user profile data in the RACF database contains zero-length
  data fields in the user's phrase extension history repeat group,
  the zSecure CKGRACF program issues a MSGCKG669I which begins
  with  the text "Internal error in procedure CKGIRD ..." and
  terminates while processing a user profile.
  

Problem conclusion

• The zSecure CKGRACF program has been modified, so that it
  tolerates zero-length data fields in the user's phrase
  history extension repeat group.
