Error description

• RE.K.S shows unprintable key labels with non-zero
  COUNT_DATASET_BACKUP values.
  
  The COUNT_DATASET_BACKUP values are reported in column "Backups"
  on the summary panel, and "Backups encrypted under key" on the
  detail panel.

  When no encryption information is available in DFSMShsm
  BCDS records, zSecure Audit may display an unprintable key
  label with a non-zero number of encrypted backup data set
  versions (COUNT_DATASET_BACKUP).
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit has been modified, so that it correctly handles
  DFSMShsm BCDS records with no encryption information available.
  As a result, unprintable symmetric key labels are not displayed.
