  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Admin for RACF might report     *
  *                      non-existing effective differences for  *
  *                      user, data set, and general resources   *
  *                      profiles.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When entries of the CLNAME repeated field in USER profiles
  have a different order in the RACF data being compared,
  zSecure Admin reports difference for this field as "CLNAME(->)".
  The same applies for the USERID repeated field on the access
  list of data set and general resource profiles.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified, so that no differences are
  reported for the CLNAME and USERID repeated fields in cases
  where field entries have a different order in the RACF data
  being compared.
