APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CKFCOLL incorrectly determines ACF2 is the ESM if a task called
  ACF2 is running.
  
  This causes incorrect processing resulting in a looping
  condition filling up the CKFREEZE file.
  

Local fix

• Do not run a task called ACF2 in a RACF environment.
