Error description

• Abend 0C4-10 at offset 000374 in routine CKFIMS.CKFIMSA.
  
  This will also be accompanied by message:
  CKF0569 08 system abend 0C4-10 (invalid storage address -
  segment) trying to access DPSB in <ims_fdbr_region>
  
  This occurs when IMS 15 PTF UI92747 is applied, which moves
  control blocks from ECSA to EPVT for FDBR.
