  The RACF STIG compliance control RACF-ES-000850 (IBM RACF DASD
  Management user IDs must be properly controlled) might report
  incorrect (non-)compliant results in cases where non-BASE
  segments are defined to the FACILITY RACF class.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit has been modified, so that the RACF STIG
  compliance control RACF-ES-000850 selects only the BASE segment
  of FACILITY class profiles resulting in correct compliance
  reports.
