OA65186: Handle non-existent data set names in JES2 PROCLIB statements

Error description

• Handle non-existent data set names in JES2 PROCLIB statements.
  
  
  If non-existent data set names are defined in JES2 PROCLIB
  statements it can result in message:
  CKR1508 24 CKRESRC.GETRESN empty resource name class DATASET
  

Local fix

• Remove non-existent dataset names from JES2 PROCLIB. Message
  CKR1508 can be suppressed using SUP MSG=1508.

  When zSecure Audit processes a "Sensitive data sets" report
  (newlist type SENSDSN) and system data (CKFREEZE) which is being
  processed contain JES2 PROCLIB DD concatenations referring
  non-existing data sets, the program issues a MSGCKR1508 which
  begins with the text "CKRESRC.GETRESN empty resource name ..."
  and terminates with return code 24.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Audit has been modified, so that it processes JES2
  PROCLIB DD concatenations properly. Please note the
  documentation changes as provided with the APAR tracking comment
  data.
