Error description

  • SE.D.N error message when trying to change Menu Option back to
    zSecure Default.
    
    When a Menu Option has been customized (SE.D.N) and has been
    changed to something other than the zSecure default, when
    attempting to change the Menu Option back to the zSecure default
    Menu Option, a message is displayed and the change fails. The
    error message seen is:
    
    "Menu option" already defined as a main menu, which has to
    remain unique.

    When a menu option has been customized using the SE.D.N
    (National language support) interactive option and has been
    changed to something other then the zSecure default and an
    attempt is made to reset it back to zSecure default, a message
    "Menu option" already defined is displayed and the reset fails.
    
    When the SE.D.N (National language support) interactive option
    is used to reset all menu items to zSecure default value and the
    configuration option "Show ISPF dialog errors" (provided by the
    SE.T (Set trace flags and CARLa listing for diagnostic purposes)
    configuration screen) is checked, the program terminates with
    the MSGISPS108 (Invalid length).
    

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure user interface has been modified to correct the reported
    issues with the SE.D.N (National language support) configuration
    functions.
