  When zSecure processes ACCESS data sets in order to generate
  various RACF Access Monitor reports, it might issue an ABENC0C4.

• zSecure RACF Access Monitor reporting function has been
  modified, so that it processes ACCESS data sets correctly and no
  ABEND0C4 is issued. Please note the documentation updates as
