Error description

• Running a user compare report (RA.3.G) from the ISPF panels more
  than once in a single ISPF session results in CKR0391 errors
  
  
  Running a user compare report (RA.3.G) from the ISPF panels more
  than once in a single ISPF session results in CKR0391 errors
  causing the report generation to fail with a CKR0000 CKRCARLA
  syntax error message.
  
  A review of the SYSPRINT shows that the previous CARLa code has
  been prepended to the newly generated CARLa code.

  When the 'Compare access and/or connects' report with the
  "Compare access through permits to these IDs" option deselected
  and the "Compare connects" option selected is executed, zSecure
  Admin generates a MSGCKR0391 which begins with the text
  "Duplicate NEWLIST NAME=..." followed by a MSGCKR0000 which
  begins with the text "CKRCARLA terminated...".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin has been modified, so that the 'Compare access
  and/or connects' report is executed without issuing a
  MSGCKR0391.
