APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When C2POLICE is started, ABEND0C4-11 in
  CKFCOLL.HLLENQISGST+X'F8'occurs.  C2POLICE Started Task then
  terminates.
  

Local fix

• Specify the NOENQ parameter in the SYSINCKF DD statement for
  C2POLICE.
  

Problem summary

  When zSecure Collect attempts to request control of a serially
  reusable resource (ENQ) and the function returns a non-zero
  return code, the program might ABEND0C4 while a diagnostic
  MSGCKF0911 which begins with the text "<service> RC=<hex>..." is
  being output. This might cause the zSecure Alert started task to
  terminate.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Collect has been modified so that it does not ABEND0C4
  while a MSGCKF0911 is being output.
