Error description

• Information from the last reporting interval (default 1 minute)
  is processed twice when the Access Monitor COLSOLIDATE is used.
  This causes an incorrect increase of the reported use count of
  the resources that were accessed during this last interval.

  from the last reporting interval (default 1 minute) is processed

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Access Monitor started task has been modified, so that
  in correctly generates consolidated data sets in response to the
  CONSOLIDATE operator command.
