  *                 (C2PACMON) who have it configured to capture *
  *                 events for program access through the SAF    *
  *                 Router exit ICHRTX00 (started task option    *
  *                 'CapturePrograms').                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Access Monitor started task     *
  *                      might cause errors in other existing    *
  *                      ICHRTX00 exits including MSGICHRTX00    *
  *                      and MSGIEF196I issued  to the operator  *
  *                      console.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *

  When zSecure Access Monitor started task (C2PACMON) is
  configured to capture events for program access through the SAF
  Router exit ICHRTX00 (started task option 'CapturePrograms'), it
  might cause errors in other existing router exits. One such
  router exit might issue messages starting "ICHRTX00 MASTER CSECT
  RECEIVED RC ..." to the operator console.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Access Monitor has been modified such that activating
  program event capturing does not cause errors in other existing
  ICHRTX00 exits.
