APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has specified OPTION EMPTYLIST=HIDE and in their
  NEWLIST they have specified EMPTYLIST='xxx'.  In previous
  releases, the text in the EMPTYLIST='xxx' operand was generated
  when no data was available.  With 2.4.0, no report is generated
  at all.
  

Local fix

• Remove OPTION EMPTYLIST=HIDE

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that a global
  [FILE]OPTION EMPTYLIST=HIDE does not override EMPTYLIST=
  argument(s) provided to the NEWLIST CARLa statement(s) that
  follow(s).
