  *                 (newlist type DSN_MEMBER).                   *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Admin/Audit reports LAST_CHANGE *
  *                      and LAST_CHANGE_USERID fields of the    *
  *                      DSN_MEMBER newlist as empty for PDS     *
  *                      members.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PDF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  LAST_CHANGE and LAST_CHANGE_USERID fields of the DSN_MEMBER
  newlist are reported empty for PDS members so that the
  comparison processing does not report changes (when applicable)
  based on these fields.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audit has been modified so that values of
  the PDF_USERID field are propagated to the LAST_CHANGE_USERID
  field and values of PDF_CHGDATE and PDF_CHGTIME fields are
  combined and populated to the LAST_CHANGE field in DSN_MEMBER
  report.
