Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of zSecure Admin, Audit, and Alert     *
  *                 exploiting report/alert destination to       *
  *                 remote SYSLOG devices.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Admin, Audit, and Alert might   *
  *                      issue a series of MSGCKR2531 while      *
  *                      sending generated reports to remote     *
  *                      SYSLOG devices.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  When an alert/report destination is configured as remote SYSLOG
  device, zSecure Admin, Audit, and Alert might fail to send data
  to such device and issue a series of MSGCKR2531 which begins
  with the text "CKRPRTR.CKRCONN Unexpected state messages".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin, Audit, and Alert have been modified so that
  generated alerts/reports are properly sent to remote SYSLOG
  devices.
