    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: zSecure Collect might issue *
    *                      MSGCKF0981/MSGCKF0983/MSGCKF988 and     *

    *                      MSGCKR0981/MSGCKR0983/MSGCKR988.        *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided. *
    ****************************************************************
    When zSecure Collect processes PROGxx system configuration
    member containing "DEFAULTS LNKLST ..." and/or "EXIT ADD ..."
    statements, it might issue a MSGCKR0981/MSGCKR0983/MSGCKF0988
    which begin with the text "Invalid PROG_STMT ..." or indicate
    syntax  errors. Similar messages (MSGCKR0981/MSGCKR0983/
    MSGCKR0988) might be issued by zSecure Admin/Audit while using a
    CKFREEZE which was created by zSecure Collect run with error
    messages mentioned earlier.

Problem conclusion

  • zSecure Admin/Audit and Collect have been modified so that
    "DEFAULTS LNKLST ..." and "EXIT ADD ..." system configuration
    statements are parsed correctly and no MSGCKF0981/MSGCKF0983/
    MSGCKF0988 and MSGCKR0981/MSGCKF0983/MSGCKR0988 are issued.
