Error description

• Message CKF0028 issued when both CHECKDSN and FREE parameters
  are specified for CKFCOLL.
  
  For example:
  
  CKF0028 08 SVC 99 RC=4 DAIRFAIL code 0438 0000
             DAIR Error/info 0438 0000 hex, Verb=UNALLOC
             Text unit key=0001 count=1 len=8 DDNAM="SYS00001"
             Text unit key=0007 count=0 UNALC
  IKJ56247I FILE SYS00001 NOT UNALLOCATED, IS NOT ALLOCATED
  
  CKF0028 messages will be issued in relation to each dataset
  specified by CHECKDSN.
  

Local fix

• Remove FREE from the CKFCOLL parameters.

  When both CHECKDSN and FREE commands are provided, the zSecure
  Collect issues a MSGCKF0028 which begins with the text "SVC 99
  RC=4 DAIRFAIL ...". The message is followed by a MSGIKJ56247I
  which begins with the text "FILE <ddname> NOT UNALLOCATED ...".
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Collect has been modified so that no MSGCKF0028 is
  issued in cases where both CHECKDSN and FREE commands are
  provided.
