Error description

• ID lookup from CONNECTS field to a target field in a non-BASE
  segment produces no output when indexed I/O is used to read a
  RACF DB.
  

Local fix

• Temporarily add SUPP INDEX to the beginning of the CARLa code
  being executed.

  When ID lookup from the RACF CONNECTS field refers a lookup
  target in a non-base segment, the lookup might return an empty
  value in cases where RACF database is read using indexed I/O.
  

Problem conclusion

• zSecure Admin/Audif has been modified so that ID lookup from
  the RACF CONNECTS field performs properly in cases where RACF
  database is read using indexed I/O.
