Update IBM Branch Transformation Toolkit license and fix inconsistent usage of jar files across IBM software products

Abstract
If you are using IBM Branch Transformation Toolkit for WebSphere Studio (BTT) Version 5.2, then this message applies to you. Since this message is very important, please read it carefully and take necessary actions at your earliest convenience. Please contact BTT L2 Support should you have any question or concern.

In IBM Branch Transformation Toolkit for WebSphere Studio (BTT) V5.2 install image, we shipped 4 jar files which are originally packaged in WebSphere Application Server (WAS), Rational Application Developer(RAD) and WebSphere Integration Application Developer (WID) install images. These jar files are not necessary for BTT. To avoid any potential installability problems across IBM software products in the future, we have refreshed the BTT image and provided a patch to remove these files. The Interim Fix is ready for you to download. We have also updated the BTT license to reflect the installer software license statement. The installer software is provided by MacroVision Corp.

Please check the readme.txt file in the patch for the detailed instructions on how to apply the patch. There is no BTT 5.2 function affected by this change. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
