Abstract
Fix the problem of Establishsessiontimeout would not be less than 50 seconds even customer set less value than it

Problem Description:
Establishsessiontimeout would not least than 50 seconds even customer set less value than it. This is because to establish a session, BTT will do 5 times bid internally, and interval of each bid will be 10 seconds. BTT need at least 5*10=50 seconds to identify the establishment of session failed.

Problem Conclusion:
Code changes have been made so that the bid interval will be adjusted dynamically according to Establishsessiontimeout value. Establishsessiontimeout value will not be changed.
