Error description
When a customer attempts to run nupgrade.exe to migrate from Outlook 2013 to Notes/Domino, the following error will appear if a 64-bit operating system is in use: "Either there is no default client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request" The customer has set Outlook as the default mail client, has a valid profile, and has followed Microsoft documentation to check the appropriate registry key - Outlook is the default client. This has been reproduced by L2 support, and running the application in 32-bit mode on 64-bit Windows does not circumvent the issue.
Local fix
Nupgrade should be run on a 32-bit operating system.
