SE69773: RDI 9.6.0.3 HANGS UNEXPECTEDLY WHEN DEBUGGING AN IBM I PROGRAM

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using debugger in Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.6.0.3,
  the RDI session hangs and does not respond to input.  The
  operating system Task Manager must be used to stop RDI, so it
  can be restarted.
  
  This appears to be an internal timing sensitive deadlock issue
  that may occur when using the debugger in RDI, and not
  attributable to any specific user action.
