* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Updates to the IFCID flat file (DSNWMSGS) for the second
half of 2013 are needed for all supported DB2 for z/OS
versions.

for the following DB2 for z/OS versions:
- DB2 9 for z/OS
- DB2 10 for z/OS
- DB2 11 for z/OS
