Error description

• Enhance the z-centric file transfer job definition adding the
  new JOBREC keywords TRANSFERMODE,LOCALCODEPAGE,REMOTECODEPAGE
  MINPORT,MAXPORT,TIMEOUT,PASSIVEMODE.
  New values for PROTOCOL keyword were added
  These new keywords allow new functionalities as file
  transfer from a distributed system to a z/OS system,
  as well as the support for FTP native TLS security with
  implicit and explicit secure TLS login.

  This APAR enhance the z-centric file transfer job definition
  adding the following new JOBREC keywords:
  TRANSFERMODE,LOCALCODEPAGE,REMOTECODEPAGE,MINPORT,MAXPORT,
  TIMEOUT,PASSIVEMODE
  and new values for the PROTOCOL keyword.
  Using these new keywords new functionalities are allowed:
  - file transfer from a distributed system to a z/OS system,
  - the support for FTP native TLS security with implicit and
    explicit secure
