Problem conclusion

• Table SYSACCEL.SYSACCELERATEDTABLESAUTH is added to the DB2
  acceleration database and column REMOTELOCATION is added to
  the SYSACCEL.SYSACCELERATEDTABLES table.
  
  Note: APAR PI76645 implements these changes in DB2 10 for z/OS
  and DB2 11 for z/OS.
