  *                      records in the requested log range.     *

  When building a log record, if the thread is cancelled during
  the build, there is a timing window where the log record would
  be written to the log with invalid LRH values.
  
  The invalid LRH values may cause DB2 to incorrectly process
  log read requests if a log record with invalid LRH value exists
  in the requested range.  This could result in DB2 returning
  end of data before all log records in the requested log range
  have been returned to the application, or ABEND04E RC00D10341
  in DSNJR103 on DB2 11.
  
  It is also possible that REDO processing for an LRSN range may
  not return all the log records in the requested range for the
  data sharing member if this invalid log record is encountered.
  RECOVER and REORG SHRLEVEL(CHANGE) utilities or GRECP / LPL
  Recovery could be affected.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has been changed so that log write recovery will set up the
  LRH with valid values.  Additionally, toleration code has been
  added to DSNJR103 to recognize and recover from the incorrect
  LRH values.
