Error description

• In IBM UrbanCode Deploy 6.0.1.1, you can perform the following
  steps:
  
  1. Create a new Resource Template manually, called
  MyManualTemplate
  2. Add a Resource Group, called MyGroup
  3. Add an Agent prototype with agent name pattern: laptop*
  4. Create a new Top Level Resource Group, called Local, and
  leave it empty
  
  5. Create a new Application
  6. Create a new Blueprint called MyBLP, based on
  MyManualTemplate
  7. Create a new Environment, based on the BluePrint MyBLP and
  the Local
  Top Level group
  8. Save the environment: Success
  
  If you perform the same steps in IBM UrbanCode Deploy 6.0.1.2,
  you get this error when attempting to save the environment:
  
  Alert: Cannot inherit the team on top-level resource
  
  The environment cannot be saved.
