Error description
Upgrading to Bigfix version 9.5, if the database passoword contains an exclamation mark, the operation fails with the following db2 error: SQL0104N An unexpected token "!" was found following "<identifier>". Expected tokens may include: "NEW". SQLSTATE=42601
Local fix
Change the password of the DB2 user avoiding to use an exclamation mark before running the upgrade
