IV51394: TEP JWS CLIENT DOES NOT START WITH JAVA 7 U45

When trying to launch the Tivoli Enterprise Portal in Java Westart mode using Oracle Java 1.7.0u45 it does not start. The error message states " KFWITM348E The Tivoli Enterprise Portal has not been configured to connect to a Tivoli Enterprise Portal Server. Configure the hostname of a Tivoli Enterprise Portal server to use and try again." RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS: Install Oracle Java 1.7.0u45 and try to launch the Tivoli Enterprise Portal.
No local fix. The Tivoli Enterprise Portal Browser client should work with Oracle Java 1.7.0u45 using the browser client mode instead of Java Webstart.
New security requirements were added by oracle for java webstart deployed applications. Parameters passed into the java runitme via the java webstart jnlp file must be changed to conform to the new security standard.
Changed the parameter names defined in the tivoli portal tep.jnlp file to conform to the new naming convention. Made changes to the tivoli portal client to handle the new name change for runtime parameters passed in at application initialization.
