APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Configured Anywhere 7621 with Spatial 7603. When you try to use
    offline map support on the device, it does not display the map.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Configure a Mobile enabled map for spatial following these
    steps:

    Use these layers to configure it:

    2) Open the Work Execution app and try to open the map
    3) Just a blank screen will be shown on the Map of Work Orders
    (Screen displayed on device app)
    
    RESULTS:  Error: "A mobile-enabled map was not found for your
    site, BEDFORD. Contact your administrator"
    Cause of the problem: Our code is not prepared to load layers
    in a different spatial reference, in this case is Spatial
    Reference: 102060  (102060)
    EXPECTED RESULTS:  Display of offline map on Mobile device
