Error description

  • Using Maximo Anywhere Physical Count app for release 7.6.1.
provide a query that results in a list of Inventory records.
Use the build in scanner or bluetooth scanner to scan an
    itemnum.
This will filter the list and in case of one result open the
    record directly.
    1) In case of one result:
    - User selects a record from the list by tapping on it
    - The app opens the correct record
    - User enters a count and taps Done. (save)
    - The application returns to the filtered list.
    2) In case of more then one result
The app shows the search results correctly filtered on
    the scanned itemnum
(note: in case the user scans again, this new scan is
also compared to the original list
The app no longer responds to new scans of a new itemnum that
is on the original (non-filtered) list.
Expected behavior: user can find/open the next time by scanning
a correct itemnum. The behavior should be similar as to before
a record was opened and saved.
After review we found an error in these logs:
    [ERROR] 2017-07-25, 09:48:49.815 Incompatible value 3.00 for
    type double
This error is shown prior to the first failed barcode scan at
what would be step 7 described below.
    Steps to Reproduce:

    Search Results:
Item 560-00 found in 13 Storerooms
    3. While in this screen, scan item 2: barcode 251105
Result: system responds by filtering the list again.
    Search Results:
    251105
    ATLANTA
    251105
    CENTRAL
    251105
    ATLANTA
    4. While in this screen, scan item 3: 27R2.5B26-23
Result the system responds by filtering the list again
    27R2.5B26-23

    5. Tap the first record in the filtered list. (ATLANTA)
Result: system opens the record and a quantity can be entered
    as follows:
    Physical Count : 3
    6. Hit 'Done' button.
Result: system returns to filtered list.
    7. Scan item 2: barcode 251105
    Result: nothing happens

The app no longer responds to new scans of a new itemnum that
is on the original (non-filtered) list. There is no feedback to
the user that something failed or went wrong, it appears if the
count is updated properly. Only the scanner appears to be
    unresponsive.
